One, Two, Three Pushups, Four

The more you practice, the better you become. There was a young girl that could barely do a single pushup. She was given the challenge and she started with one pushup which eventually became ten after weeks of daily practice.

One, two, three pushups, four.

She eventually became stronger. Amazed at this little success, she started doing other exercises and remarkably, changed some of her bad habits like eating junk food and not drinking enough water. Before she knew it, she had lost her belly, trading it in for a six-pack, could run faster than ever and had arms that would put most boys to shame. She joined the school softball team and unsurprisingly, became a star athlete. Ultimately, she became a big college success story leading her team to national championships.

One, two, three pushups, four.

Life will present itself in little and big challenges. Yet, if you approach those challenges like the girl and her pushups, you will amaze yourself most of the time. Starting at the beginning, completing small goals by way of practice, persistence, practice and then more persistence and practice. The more you drive yourself, the farther you will go!
